The people we help are from every age group: children and young people from ages 6 to 19, concerned parents and grandparents, teachers and carers.

We offer friendly, impartial, non-judgemental information, advice and support to parents, carers and family members who are concerned about their child or young person being bullied. Bullying may be taking place inside or outside of school, in sports/youth clubs, over social platforms or phones.

No matter what, there is never an excuse for bullying and you are not to blame. However, there are things you can do to help stop the bullying, many of which are outlined within this section.
We also know that it is not the only aspect of moving on. We understand that bullies often leave you feeling bad about yourself even after the bullying has stopped.
We have plenty of advice and practical tips on how you can build up your confidence and allow negativity from others to slide straight off you. With a little bit of work and the right support, you can move past bullying for good, and start to feel pride in being you, just the way you are.
