Children's Centres and Family Hubs in Plymouth
Children's Centres and Family Hubs are early childhood facilities that provide support and services for families with young children under five years old.
Children's Centres and Family Hubs offer a range of free services, support, and advice during pregnancy and for children under five and their families.
Family Hubs will provide high-quality support for families with children aged 0 to 19 (or up to age 25 for young people with special educational needs). The 'Start for Life' offer, supporting pregnancy through to 4 is the first stage of the programme to become live, which you can access through Family Hubs, Children's Centres and online.
Services at each centre vary, but they all offer advice on health, family support services, and a range of parent and toddler activities.
Staff include early years teachers, childcare workers, health professionals, social workers, and community outreach workers.
