We provide a range of services to enable people affected by bipolar and associated illnesses to take control of their lives. Bipolar - sometimes known as manic depression - is a severe mental health illness characterised by significant mood swings including manic highs and depressive lows. The majority of individuals with bipolar experience alternating episodes of mania and depression.

Glenbourne Unit - Livewell Southwest

Glenbourne is a two-ward (single sex) acute mental health hospital in Plymouth for adults who are too unwell to be treated at home. They may be suffering severe depression, manic phases of an illness or experiencing distressing psychotic symptoms that may put them at risk.

Head Space Plymouth - Colebrook

Head Space is Plymouth's new drop-in service for people approaching a mental health crisis, providing a safe, non-clinical, welcoming space to take time out, talk to someone or get involved in activities to help people deal with their situation.
