OUT Youth Group
OUT Youth Group provides a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, and questioning young people in Plymouth and the surrounding area.
Contacts details
OutYouth is run by qualified youth workers and volunteers, and all staff are DBS-checked. Youth workers can offer advice and guidance, and our aim is to help young people make informed choices by ensuring that they access the information they need, when they need it, in ways they understand.
What we offer
- A safe and welcoming space
- The opportunity to meet and make friends
- Be with like-minded individuals
- Activities and trips
- One-to-one support
- Advice and guidance
Both groups run from a city centre location.
Times and dates
Each Tuesday, from 5.30 pm to 7 pm (11 to 15 years old) and from 7 pm to 8 pm (15 to 19 years old or 19 to 25 for young people with SEND).
We do offer some flexibility with the age range depending on the young person's needs, peer group, etc.
During the school holidays, we merge the two groups and open from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.
