We provide advice and support to assist people with the changes in their lives including getting back to work, seeking benefits advice, finding new social activities and meeting others who are in a similar situation and can provide peer support.

Dates and opening times

We meet on the second Thursday of each month, 2.30pm to 4pm

We also meet on the fourth Friday of the month from 10.30am to 12 noon at the Ambito Care Office, 75 Cornwall Street, Plymouth.

Please feel free to come along to any of the sessions, no referral required.
