Since 1932, we have been the only national Armed Forces Charity that supports limbless veterans for the duration of their lives.
Life after traumatic injury can be challenging. Blesma is here for all serving and ex - service men and women who have experienced loss of limb, use of limbs, hearing, sight or speech, either during or after service.
Membership of the charity enables injured service personnel to share their journey and experiences of coming to terms with limb loss and to discover life after amputation. Being a member allows access to the network of Support Officers who provide advice and practical support with the clear aim of living independent and fulfilling lives.
