How we can help you
Advice and guidance
- Call our emergency national helpline 0808 8004444 during opening hours if you are homeless, have nowhere to stay tonight, are worried about losing your home, or are at risk of harm or abuse in your home.
- Our online advice can help you with your housing rights and the next steps to take in your situation.
- Use our webchat if you need help taking the next steps or prefer not to call.
- Use the Plymouth walk-in service if you need face-to-face support. This service is available Mondays and Thursdays from 10am to 12pm.
Our Legal Aid legal service
Our legal team can help you if you are eligible for Legal Aid, for example, if you need to go to court about a housing problem or to challenge a council's homelessness decision.
To speak to the legal team, you will need to make an appointment. To make an appointment with the legal team in Plymouth, please call 0344 515 1880 between 9:30 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday. This number is for new legal appointments only.
