Supported living

• We empower individuals to live in their chosen homes and communities, whether independently or with housemates.

Residential care

• Our residential homes, such as The Bungalow in Crownhill, provide a supportive and nurturing environment.

• Our homes are modern, safe, and designed to meet your physical and emotional needs, including en-suite bedrooms and relaxing living spaces.

Rockville short breaks

• Our Plymstock-based respite service offers one-to-one care and provides a safe and enjoyable environment for individuals to relax and have fun.
• We support adults aged 18-65 with a wide variety of needs, including specialist requirements such as epilepsy and PEG feeding.
• Families and carers can relax knowing that their loved one is in the safe and capable hands of our specialist respite team.
• Each person using our facility can engage in a wide variety of activities, which can be personalised to your individual tastes.

Community enabling

• We provide 1-1 or shared support, fostering connections and community involvement.
• We help you access a variety of activities like sports, local attractions, and group events.
• Our support extends to managing finances, appointments, and other personal needs, with specialist dementia support available.

Inclusion and training

• Our 'Inclusion and Training' programs offer modernised day opportunities in our hubs and training houses.

• Evolve provides a structured, group-based programme to assist young people aged 16+ with learning disabilities and autism.
