Reed House is specifically dedicated to providing support to males who are highly vulnerable, have a learning disability and may also have mental health issues and/or other complex needs.

Reed House is a supported living service situated in the heart of Plymouth, providing flexible and individually tailored support to people in a supported living environment. We can support people with mild to moderate Learning Disabilities and associated physical and Mental Health related condition.
Current Profile of Service
The staff support is structured to meet individual requirements. Community participation and involvement is actively encouraged through person centred planning to meet individual goals and aspirations which keep the person safe and happy. We work with individuals through a person centred approach and positive risk management ensuring that we support and enable people to have a life that makes sense to them.
Hours Provided
The service is staffed 24/7 and 1:1 support hours are according to the needs of the individuals who live there. Reed House currently provides support to male individuals.
Focus of Service
Using a person centred approach the support provided centres on individual need and focuses on developing independence, person-centred life skills, communication, social skills and choice.
Reed House is a recently re-furbished supported living service in central Plymouth; it has easy access to the city centre and many local amenities, it is on a major bus route and is within walking distance of Plymouth train station.
The house has three large bedrooms, a communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bathroom and rear enclosed patio area.
