In Other Words group - Routeways

The In Other Words groups are mental health-related supportive self-governing groups with fun activities and ongoing development opportunities. An opportunity to get together and socialise in an informal group with fun activities, arts, crafts, music, cooking, outdoor play, and much more. The groups help build confidence, self-esteem, and belief in a non-judgemental, confidential, safe, and non-clinical environment.

We meet as a face-to-face group every Monday, each fortnight, between 4pm and 6pm at the Devonport Park Activity Centre. 

We have a session for young people aged between 8 and 12 years old and a separate session for people aged between 13 and 18 years old.

Our sister group Children's Minds - Families Matter is aimed at supporting young people aged under 16 years and their families. Please contact us if you would like to find out more about either group.
