How we can help you

We work collaboratively with you to identify the most useful support, connecting you with our services as well as trusted partner organisations. We strive to provide the best possible assistance through several key services:

  • Support sessions: These virtual group meetings offer a safe space for patients and families to connect with others, share their experiences, and gather helpful, relevant information.
  • Support line: Our dedicated support line is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Call us on 01454 422701 for friendly, supportive guidance. We're just a phone call away if you need us.
  • Specialist counselling: We provide private, one-to-one or family counselling services with trained professionals to help you navigate the emotional impact of a brain tumour.
  • Online support forum: Join our friendly online community on Facebook. This 24/7 forum allows you to connect with others who understand what you're going through and share support anytime you need it.
