Free internet and wi-fi access in Plymouth
Cost of living support
Plymouth's libraries have free internet and wi-fi access. Anyone can use the computers, and it's free for library members.
To book a PC in advance, you'll need your library card and PIN. If you're not a member, you'll need to join a library to get a card and PIN.
Free internet access is available in the following libraries:

- Crownhill Library
- Devonport Library
- Estover Library
- Efford Library
- North Prospect Library
- Peverell Library
- Plymstock Library
- Plympton Library
- St Budeaux Library
- Southway Library
