Part of On Track Education Services, the Intervention service offers social and emotional support for young people presenting with behavioural difficulties in a school environment.

Our environment provides a peaceful retreat, access to nature, and facilities to be creative, play, and explore in a safe way.

Our staff is professional, kind, and compassionate, with a real desire to make a difference and to see young people achieve their potential. As employees of On Track Education, all staff members meet OFSTED standards and have undergone robust recruitment and training procedures.

We offer personalised programmes to meet varying needs and abilities and tailor our time to find the right balance between therapeutic intervention and education for each individual.

We believe in experiential learning and provide safe opportunities for students to become more confident learners, allowing them to experience success, self-worth, and an understanding of emotional literacy and regulation.

  • On Track Intervention Services is excited to inform you that they are further extending their services to offer summer holiday cover for vulnerable, school aged, young people, in the South Devon and Plymouth area.

As well as our usual term time support are able to offer daily respite care to carers of those who foster vulnerable children and to tailor a bespoke package in order to continue to support their social and emotional needs, whilst enjoying their summer break.

Previous support across the summer break has been seen to positively impact on transitions back into the September school term; provides consistency of routine and relationships; enables continued peer relationships, and for parents and carers to have quality time with the siblings of vulnerable children.

We could offer a 10am-2.30pm daily support package, working 1:1 with experienced members of staff, very used to working with significant needs. As employees of On Track Education , all staff members meet OFSTED standards and have undergone robust recruitment and training procedures.

The holiday service would be charged at £120 per day, which includes transport to and from home, cost of activity, 1:1 support at all times and access to our base in Dartington. All sessions would be evidenced via a daily chronology and form part of meeting the long term outcomes of EHCPs (if applicable).

Our service is well known for offering quality support and care for high risk and vulnerable young people, requiring considerable 1:1 support and risk assessment in the community.
