Jack & Jill's Childcare Goosewell

The site has a large, bright play room and a smaller activity area with separate toilets leading off the larger room. There is a secure outdoor play area at the front of the classroom, which allows children immediate access to the space, allowing free-flowing play throughout the day. The setting also has an open invitation from the school to use all the facilities, including the school field, play ground, hall, and access to the foundation unit through an interior door.

We have close links with the school, along with other providers and schools in the local area. We work collaboratively and alongside Jack and Jill's Radford site, which is a short walk away. 

Children start at Goosewell the first full academic year before they start school. Teaching and learning are tailored to children's needs, and we work closely with our families to attain the best possible outcome for every child. A rich and varied learning environment is created both indoors and outdoors.

The setting is registered for 24 children aged 3 years and older, primarily to prepare them for entry into school.
