Information pack for adults with an Autism Spectrum Condition

This pack is for adults living in Plymouth who have received a diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). We have produced this for you because we know it can be difficult to find out what information and support is on offer and how best to find it. There is a great deal of information in here but we have designed it in sections so that you can refer to the section you need when you need it.

This advice and guidance has been created from information provided by Devon Adult Autism and ADHD Service (DANA) and Plymouth City Council and reviewed by people who are on the autistic spectrum. We have tried to bring together the most important and up to date advice; however, as this is a developing area, we are always pleased to receive new information along with your suggestions for improving this pack.
