We work alongside people of different abilities so they are able to create opportunity and feel empowered to live the life they want.
Our vision is the future that the people we support and work alongside told us they want and what it looks like. It is a future where the focus is on what people can do and the value that everyone brings. A world where people of different abilities truly belong.
How we can help
Care and support
We offer a whole-life approach to the children, young people and adults we support, from play schemes to employment projects, enabling support in someone's own home and accommodation with nursing.
Enterprises and supported employment
Our social enterprises, including high street shops, potteries, cafes and a care farm, employ people with learning disabilities and/or autism as well as offering supported employment and trainee placements.
Co-production and consultation
Brandon is a trusted partner for many organisations, ranging from the NHS to universities. Our Adventurers are people with lived experience who are employed by Brandon to provide consulting services to ensure projects are inclusive and accessible to all.
Information for families
Families are so important to the people we support, and that means you're important to us too - our families are involved in their relatives' lives and in decision-making at Brandon, including helping us to create our current strategic plan, Plan B.
Information for commissioners
To achieve the best outcomes for the people we support, we work in close partnership with local authority commissioners, housing providers and multidisciplinary teams, taking a creative, flexible approach to developing support packages.
