An opportunity for young people aged between 7-25 to participate in Indoor Climbing. No experience is needed, there will be 2 qualified Climbing Instructors on hand to support the young person.

Fun Bounce - Trampolining at the YMCA
Part of the YMCA's Inclusive programme, this is a trampolining session for young disabled people, aimed at the less abled young people. The sessions are mainly based around having fun and learning the basics of trampolining. We have an additional session for people who are more abled, who want to progress.
Hands2gether - Pottery, Arts & Craft Support
A Pottery, Art and Craft Studio where there is something for everyone to enjoy at a reasonable cost. Seeing the benefits that comes from creativity was our inspiration to expand our business and open it to everyone. Our aim is to offer first class customer services whether it's in our Paint Your Own Pottery Studio or in the Support Services that provides enjoyment and a safe environment for those with disabilities.

Horizons is a registered children's sailing charity based in Plymouth. Our aim is to help disadvantaged and disabled children from the inner city communities. We provide learning and educational opportunities that increase self-confidence and improve social and practical skills, through water-based activities that would normally be beyond the means of these children.
Inclusive Sport and Activity Plymouth (ISAP)
Inclusive Sport and Activity Plymouth (ISAP) works to support more disabled people in the city to take part in sport and exercise. The strategic group currently consists of several organisations, including Plymouth City Council, Active Devon and Improving Lives Plymouth. The group meets regularly to review what is going on in the city and to identify any gaps in provision.
