For some it is accessing local amenities, pubs, restaurants. parks, swimming pools, for others it is going to college or work and for some it is joining local groups such as skittles groups or clubs.

We work with Individuals, their families, circles of support and external agencies to enhance support networks and to promote inclusion and choice.

Using a person centred approach to assessment and review we identify additional skills, knowledge and support required, and always tailored to the Individual's needs.
