We work from a therapeutic, person centred and recovery focused model with the aim of enabling clients to be as independent in the community as possible.
We can support clients with a multitude of issues that include difficulties around medication compliance, drug and alcohol issues, symptom management and education, relapse indicator education and management.
AOS will liaise with external agencies in order to provide support packages regarding housing support, psychology, community activities and volunteer work, drug and alcohol misuse.
We are able to provide space and support to Family and Carers via our Carers Group as well as offer group and socially inclusive activities run by our Social Inclusion worker.
Care plans are aimed to be clear, recovery focused and person centred, with a clear pathway that is achievable and realistic, meets the needs of the client and is as unobtrusive and non-disruptive as possible.
