Share your ups and downs, and maybe find out how other parents are doing it.... sleep, school, eating and behaviour can all present challenges. So please come along and share your experiences and maybe pick up new strategies, in a private, safe and understanding environment.

We hold monthly meetings for parents - one during the day, one in the evening.
