We have many services available for people living in Plymouth. These services include a Help at Home service (domestic tasks only), Adult Day Centre, Dementia Day Centre, a free Information & Advice service and a community activity service.

Elder Tree

Befriending service that helps socially-isolated people across the city.

Headway

Medication collection from your doctor or chemist in, and around, the Devonport, Plymstock, Plympton, Ernesettle, Whitleigh areas.

Memory Matters

Help and support for people suffering with Dementia. 

Plymouth Vineyard Church

We have a team of volunteers ready to help you. We can call people who might be lonely, collect groceries, medications, essential items and run errands.

ROC Care

Local befriending initiative that is part of the national network of Redeeming Our Communities (ROC) projects.  The initiative seeks to provide volunteer befriending support to people who have been identified as isolated and lonely.

Time to Talk (Living Options Devon)

A confidential listening service where people can chat, or get information and advice.  We are here to support anyone who is feeling lonely or isolated.  Our priority is for people with long-term health conditions, disabilities or who are Deaf and use British Sign Language, but everyone is welcome.  

Help A Neighbour

Covering Devonport, Stonehouse and Stoke we can help people with food parcels, friendly phone calls, shopping, prescription collections, volunteering support and generally helping people get out feel part of their local community.

Stoke Traders and Residents Association

An active WhatsApp group that can help people keep in touch, open to all residents of Stoke, and an email newsletter where we share updates and news.
