Access Plymouth

We can transport the elderly and disabled to anywhere in the city - not just medical appointments. However, you must qualify for a bus pass and be registered with us to travel with us. Registration can be done over the phone.

Elder Tree

We deliver over 91 innovative health and social engagement activities and provide volunteers to support our more vulnerable, frail and socially isolated beneficiaries in their homes. We will be delivering this service for our existing 1,700 beneficiaries who need it but have no capacity to take on fresh referrals at present. 

Plymouth Pie Club

Our volunteers can help with food deliveries, shopping for essentials and pharmacy collections.

St Matthias Plymouth

If you need food for yourself or your family, we are here to help.

Seaton Area Residents Association

Collection of shopping/ prescriptions or whatever needed. Covers Charlton Road / Crescent, Grosevenor Road, Smallack Drive / Close, Landsdowne Road , Richmond Road and The Limes.

Glenholt Community Good Neighbour Scheme

We offer help with grocery shopping by working with our local - Londis Shop, Post Office and Tesco Roborough, prescription drop off and collection again working with Tesco Roborough, dog walking, and the launch of our befriending and compassionate friend service.

Covering Devonport, Stonehouse and Stoke we can help people with food parcels, friendly phone calls, shopping, prescription collections, volunteering support and generally helping people get out feel part of their local community.

The Village Hub / Stoke Stars / The Stoke Traders and Residents Association

We can help with picking up prescriptions, a friendly chat on the phone, or for help with shopping. Our drop-in centre is open for direct support, or for a friendly chat. We can also help with referrals to the CAB, help with finance or support for low income.
