Access Plymouth
We can transport the elderly and disabled to anywhere in the city - not just medical appointments. However, you must qualify for a bus pass and be registered with us to travel with us. Registration can be done over the phone.

Elder Tree
We deliver over 91 innovative health and social engagement activities and provide volunteers to support our more vulnerable, frail and socially isolated beneficiaries in their homes. We will be delivering this service for our existing 1,700 beneficiaries who need it but have no capacity to take on fresh referrals at present.

The Village Hub / Stoke Stars / The Stoke Traders and Residents Association
We can help with picking up prescriptions, a friendly chat on the phone, or for help with shopping. Our drop-in centre is open for direct support, or for a friendly chat. We can also help with referrals to the CAB, help with finance or support for low income.
