Citizens Advice Plymouth

Citizens Advice Plymouth is offering assistance to Plymouth clients with energy top up vouchers, and supermarket vouchers. For clients in need, we can also consider assistance with essential white goods and limited household furniture. We also provide free, confidential and impartial information and advice services.

The Citizens Advice Plymouth Household Support Fund is now closed, please refer to Plymouth Energy Community and/or Age UK criteria for access to the fund.

Money Advice Service 

Free and impartial money advice, setup by the Government, that covers a wide range of topics. 

OHOB Ltd (Open Hearts Open Borders)

The Household Support Fund is now closed. We are no longer taking applications from families, individuals or partner agencies for this particular fund. If the fund reopens we will publish this via the Plymouth City Council Online Directory or on the OHOB website. 

Plymouth Energy Community (PEC)

Advice and support with energy issues such as heating, no energy, unable to access energy suppliers online, self isolating, fuel debt, direct debits and welfare checks.
