Young Carers Vaccination Support (16-17-year-olds)

Do you look after someone who relies on your help?

Would you like to have your COVID vaccination but have difficulty leaving those you care for?

You can get help to organise your vaccination through the Devon Vaccine Support Team.

The Devon Vaccine Support Team can offer help including arranging your vaccination at a time to suit you, fast-tracking your appointment to get you home more quickly or arranging transportation.

Annual Young Carers Survey

The annual young carers survey will help us to identify and understand the needs of the young carers in Plymouth.

Please complete one survey per school.

Online Young Carer Assessment and Transition Assessment Launch

The new online Young Carers Assessment and Transition Assessment templates have been launched on the Professional Portal.

If you would like to request for a Young Carers Assessment or Transition Assessment to be conducted, then please follow the process below:

Changes to the process for requesting Time4U support

The Time4U service information is available on the Plymouth Online Directory.

The new Time4U contact details are:time4u@plymouth.gov.uk or call 07899 950 155. 

If you would like to request support from Time4U then please follow the new process below. Please note that these requests no longer go through the Gateway.

Carers Trust Young Carers Research and Practice Forum - 27th September

Our Network Partner Caring Together is collaborating with academics from three universities to set up a Young Carers Research and Practice Forum.
