We are members of the Westcountry Schools Trust, which consists of 16 primary and 8 secondary schools. Being a member of the trust enables us to collaborate between the different schools and supports us in our own school development and sharing of best practices.

Our aim is to provide the highest quality teaching and learning through an inspiring and rich curriculum. This will enable every child to believe in themselves, to ask, to aspire, and to achieve lifelong learning. The committed teaching team strives to achieve the highest levels in English and math while also providing a broad and balanced curriculum. Our goal is to provide all children with the very best learning experiences that respond to their interests, make lasting memories, and make excellent use of the outdoor environments within our site and wider local area.

At Morley Meadow Primary, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our children and their families and strongly believe that education is a partnership between home and school. We look forward to working alongside all families to make sure every child's time at our school is a happy and rewarding one.

Awards

All children at Morley Meadow Primary School are provided with high quality teaching, this includes children with SEND.

The class teacher will keep an up-to-date class provision map which notes the child's provision to ensure needs are met.

Children who are performing significantly below their age related expectations may be given a Learning Plan. Here, targets are set to ensure the child meets their small steps of progress. These plans are reviewed and updated regularly and shared with both parents and children.

Plymouth uses an orange 'Local Offer icon' to show services that define themselves as suitable for children and young people with SEND. These are part of Plymouth's SEND Local Offer. We recommend that you contact the service provider to make sure the service is suitable for your child or young person.
