Hamoaze House

Day support services for those people with multiple complex needs (mental health, homelessness, problematic use of drugs and/or alcohol and offending). We can provide food parcels for those in need and essentials linked to energy, water, sanitary products, warm clothing, soap, blankets, boiler service/repairs.

Day Support Services offered citywide in Plymouth. Essentials linked to energy and water cover Devonport, Moorview, St Peter and the Waterfront and Stoke.

Head Space (Colebrook)

Head Space offers an out-of-hours service for people who consider that they are approaching  a mental health crisis. The service aims to provide a non-clinical setting with a safe, calm and structured environment, where individuals can go to access peer support.

Plymouth Options

Plymouth Options are able to provide support via telephone appointment, video consultation or an offer of computerised CBT. Due to COVID-19 we are not able to offer face to face appointments at this time. Please email plymouthoptions@nhs.net. If you are not able to refer in this way we can accept referrals via our phone line on 01752 435419 but there may be a delay due to our limited admin resource.
